A holiday village and a boutique hotel project are initiating the launching of our tourism investment strategy.

A first class holiday village with 900 beds will be located in Demre/Antalya. Demre is a particularly strategic location because it was once the ancient settlement of Myra, believed to be the home of Santa Claus. According to archeological data, Santa Claus was born and lived in Myra in 300 A.D. His faith and devotion to the homeless and orphaned is legendary and is what earned him the title of Saint. This Santa Claus legend has merged with the "Father Noel" myth of Northern European Christianity. An ancient church, constructed in 600 A.D. for Santa Claus, still stands in Myra/Demre. A unique holiday village focused on Santa Claus will be a charming attraction for Western tourists.

Construction of a four star hotel in Ankara is expected to launch in 2004. The Hotel will have approximately 400 beds with convention and exhibition halls that will serve the needs of tourists drawn to Ankara for business or government related engagements. Among many registered hotels in Ankara , our hotel and its compound will differentiate itself by specializing in catering to workshop, seminar, and convention needs.
